Ibiza has been a powerful center for transformation, healing and inspiration for decades. Here we invite you to a week of ashtanga yoga, inner calm and deep presence
During the week you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the traditional ashtanga method through daily mysore & led classes, inspiring workshops, chanting and yoga philosophy. We are creating a space where you can discover the practice at your own pace - supported and guided by your teachers Inger & Monika through the whole process.
You will stay at a beautiful spanish finca, surrounded by quiet and nature. This 1 week retreat is designed to return home to yourself. A week of movement, breath, the elements - and the magical energy that makes ibiza loved by free spirits and seekers from around the world.
Your Teachers

Inger has been practicing ashtanga yoga daily since 2017. She made her first trip to Mysore in 2018. In 2022, she received the blessing to teach the method from her teacher, Sharath Jois (SYC Authorization Level 2).
Inger has been teaching yoga since 2016, and in addition to Ashtanga, she has taught Yin, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga for several years. She holds a 200-hour TTC in Hatha Yoga with Sofia Araujo and a 200-hour TTC with Alexander Medin. From 2020 to 2022, Inger Kristine ran a yoga studio in her hometown of Ulsteinvik.
Inger Kristine is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of the method. She shares Ashtanga Yoga as a transformative practice for body, mind, and spirit.
Monika has been practicing daily for 20 years. She has been teaching for more than 12 years—both at Puro Yoga in Oslo and through her own classes. Monika’s teaching is grounded in both tradition and life experience. She has studied with, Alexander Medin and Pernille Bønkan, and has deepened her practice with international ashtanga teachers. Through different phases of life—as a student, during pregnancies, motherhood, and in the midst of a busy everyday life—she has returned to the mat. She knows how challenging it can be, but also how transformative the practice is. For Monika, yoga is more than movement and breath—it is a lifelong path to balance. She teaches with warmth and presence, meeting both beginners and experienced practitioners with respect and openness. Her approach to yoga emphasizes the equal value of the soft and the powerful—both within us and in life.

Sunday 21. June
12:00 –1600 Arrival
Arrival to the 'finca', surrounded by nature, silence and nature.
16:00–18:00 – Opening circle
We meet to open the space for the retreat. Setting an intention, and setting the space for a week of practice and inner transformation.
18:00 – Dinner
Monday 22. juni
07:00–09:00 – Led Primary Series
We start the week with a led primary series, where we move together through the rhythm of the primary series.
09:00 – Light Breakfast
11:00–13:00 – Workshop
In depth workshop on themes of technique and alignment in the ashtanga yoga practice. This is an opportunity to learn new tools and skills in the practice, as well as asking quetions and opening for dialogue.
13:00 – Lunch
17:00–18:00 – Intro to Yoga Sutras
Intro To Patanjalis Yoga Sutras - a timeless, clear and practical philosophy about the nature of the mind and the path towards freedom. We look at how we can apply the philosophy in practice and in life.
18:00 – Dinner
Tuesday 23 June
07:00–09:00 – Mysore
We start the day with traditional ashtanga mysore - a space for you to practice at your own pace, as well as receive support and guidance where needed.
09:00 – Light Breakfast
11:00–13:00 – Workshop
In depth workshop on themes of technique and alignment in the ashtanga yoga practice. This is an opportunity to learn new tools and skills in the practice, as well as having dialogue and asking questions.
13:00 – Lunch
17:00–18:00 – Chanting & Yoga Philosophy
Chanting session with classical mantras as taught at SYC. We chant the mantras together, and go in depth on translations and significance of the mantras.
18:00 – Dinner
Wednesday 24. june
07:00–09:00 – Mysore
We start the day with traditional ashtanga mysore - a space for you to practice at your own pace, as well as receive support and guidance where needed.
09:00 – Light Breakfast
Daytrip to Moon Beach
Moon Beach is known for its crystal clear water, soft sand beach and a powerful, mysterious energy enclosed in the elements. We spend our day here to recharge, experience and integrate.
Lunch will be had outside this day.

Thursday 25. june

We start the day with traditional ashtanga mysore - a space for you to practice at your own pace, as well as receive support and guidance where needed.
09:00 – Light Breakfast

Beach day – lunch will be had outside
We spend our day at one of Ibiza's stunning ocean locations. Sun, sea and relaxation to integrate the practice.

Saturday 27. June

We end the week with a led primary series, where we move together through the rhythm of the primary series.
09:00 – Light breakfast
11:00–13:00 – Talk
En avsluttende samtale hvor vi samler trådene, deler erfaringer og reflekterer over uken og praksisen.
Talk about the pratice to end the week. Inger and Monika share from their own experiences, we open for dialogue to gather the group energy before leaving the retreat.
13:00 – Lunch & Closing
We end the retreat with a group lunch.
